2026 Symposium Call for Proposals

Welcome to the Presentation Proposal Submission Form for the UNC System’s 2026 Advancement Symposium, hosted by Appalachian State University in Boone, NC on May 18-19! We invite you to submit your proposed presentation for consideration. Breakout sessions at this year’s Symposium will be 60 minutes in length, so please design your session with that timeframe in mind.

Important Notes:
- Only complete submissions will be reviewed by the Symposium Committee.
- If any required information is missing, please return to complete and submit your proposal once all details are ready for submission.
- Scheduling requests may be noted in the "Additional Comments" section; they will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
- If you are a sponsor, please do not submit a product demo as a presentation proposal.
