The 2025 UNC System Learning and Technology Symposium Planning Committee is pleased to announce the annual UNC System Learning and Technology Conference. This year, the conference will be held on June 2-3, 2025, at the UNC Chapel Hill Friday Conference Center, in Chapel Hill, NC.

Our plan for this event is to connect annually over 200 learning and technology professionals throughout the 16 universities and 1 high school that make up the University of North Carolina System. The UNC System has an economic impact of over $3 billion annually in goods and services expenditures, and educates over 230,000 students annually. The 2023 Symposium sold out and we anticipate wide interest in this year’s event as well.

2025 UNC SYSTEM LEARNING AND TECHNOLOGY SYMPOSIUM SPONSORSHIP LEVEL

Gold Level Sponsorship – $5,000

• Included in the Sponsors Listing in the 2025 Symposium Program, conference website, digital signage at Friday Center during event, and the conference app
• *45-minute exclusive speaking session
• Registration for four sponsor employees
• Tabletop display both days of the Symposium in the Sponsors’ Area (located in the main lobby of the Friday Center and central to conference rooms and lunch location)

Silver Level Sponsorship – $3,000

• Included in the Sponsors Listing in the 2025 Symposium Program, conference website, digital signage at Friday Center during event, and the conference app
• Registration for two sponsor employees
• Tabletop display both days of the Symposium in the Sponsors’ Area (located in the main lobby of the Friday Center and central to conference rooms and lunch location)

Bronze Level Sponsorship – $1,500

• Included in the Sponsors Listing in the 2025 Symposium Program, conference website, digital signage at Friday Center during event, and the conference app
• Registration for one sponsor employee
• Does not include a physical display

All sponsors are invited to participate fully in the Symposium, attend any session, and engage with other attendees in the conference app.

Sponsors will have full access to the conference app, Whova, to communicate with attendees, initiate and participate in discussions and chat. The conference app has a contest feature that allows sponsors to encourage attendees to interact with tables/booths to win a prize.

* Platinum and Gold speaking slots enjoy an exclusively limited concurrent time slot on the conference schedule; only 3 Gold Sponsors make up a time slot.
