Please register no later than May 1, 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nExhibit Logistics<\/span><\/h3>\n\n- Location: <\/span>The Friday Conference Center<\/span><\/a>, 100 Friday Center Dr, Chapel Hill, NC 27517, (919) 962-3000<\/span><\/li>\n
- Parking: <\/span>There is ample free parking in the lot located behind the Friday Center<\/span><\/a>, however you will need to print out a parking pass that will be sent to you before the event. We will not be able to provide any passes during the symposium. <\/span>Please do not park in the Park and Ride lot at the front of the building<\/b>, as you will be ticketed and towed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
- Set-up time: 6-8:30am on Monday, June 2, 2025. You may ship items to the Conference Center in advance, as long as your items arrive no more than 7 days prior to the event. Please be sure to clearly label your packages.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Sponsor Space: The venue will provide you with a table (3\u2019x6\u2019), tablecloth, two chairs, access to electricity (if needed), and wifi. No additional furniture or display will be allowed inside the venue (i.e. canopy, additional tables). If you feel that you need additional space, please reply to this email with your request and we will see if that accommodation can be made. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate a significant number of these requests.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Dedicated Sponsor Presentation Time: Tuesday, June 2, 2:45-3:30 pm<\/span>\n
\n- We have a dedicated 45-minute time slot for Sponsor sessions (available for Gold Level sponsors only). Please reach out to Heather with the title and description of your session as soon as possible for inclusion in our program and the Whova conferencing tool.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

- Post-event Shipping: Sponsors are responsible for scheduling FedEx to come pick-up any items you wish to ship at the conclusion of the Symposium. The Friday Conference Center staff will place your items in the mailrom for holding. FedEx does not automatically come to the conference center, so sponsors must schedule a pickup.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
We will provide a table, tablecloth, and access to electric power. Wifi is available.
