If you haven\u2019t already, please download the conference app (directions below). The conference app includes all relevant information related to the venue, travel, parking, conference program, attendee list, and sponsor information. It also includes many features to help us engage with each other before and during the conference!<\/p>\n
We will be all-digital at the conference so won\u2019t have printed programs, therefore, please do follow these directions:<\/p>\n
DOWNLOAD THE CONFERENCE APP – Whova<\/strong><\/p>\nWe are using the Whova conference app to facilitate networking, and managing your conference schedule.<\/p>\n
You can download the app from your app store, or from here<\/a>.<\/p>\nEvent Name: UNC LT 2025<\/p>\n
To sign in to the Whova app, you will need to use the same email address you used to register for the event, and then create a password.<\/p>\n
Follow the directions on this guide<\/a> to access and update your bio and speaker information. Whova will allow you to engage with other attendees prior to the Symposium and plan out your schedule.<\/p>\nWeb portal version: the Whova site can also be accessed directly via the web portal<\/a>.<\/p>\nTake time to explore the other options listed in the guide that WHOVA offers!<\/p>\n

For Concurrent Session Presenters<\/h1>\n
*** Presenters should bring their own laptop. *** (Mac users may want to bring an AV adapter [dongle].)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\nEach room will have the following technology:<\/p>\n
\n- Lectern with Microphone<\/li>\n
- LCD Projector\/Display<\/li>\n
- HDMI cables to connect to project and adapters at the lectern (if presenter has an adapter that works well for their computer, they will be able to use it; Mac users encourage to bring their own adapter.)<\/li>\n
- Presentation Remote<\/li>\n
- Handheld Microphone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
For Poster Presenters<\/h1>\n
Posters will be displayed on a 4×6′ kiosk in landscape orientation (see image below). Presenters should bring push pins to affix their poster\/s to the kiosk.<\/p>\n
