Clery Act Notification to Prospective Faculty & Staff

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act requires the distribution of an annual security report to all current faculty, staff, and students and notice of its availability to prospective students, faculty, and staff. The report includes statistics concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Elizabeth City State University, and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies concerning sexual assault, timely warnings, and other campus safety matters.
