Editing Wikipedia article for your school

Hi, all. I’m Brent Winter, a writer and editor with University Communications and Marketing at NC State. I’ve got a question about Wikipedia: Does anyone here play a role in editing or updating the article for your institution? I’ve been given this to do as a long-term back-burner project, but I’m concerned about how to avoid running afoul of Wikipedia’s conflict-of-interest policies (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest). Has anyone else dealt with this issue at your own institution? If so, how did you handle it?
