The UNC Charlotte Marriott Hotel & Conference Center and the Hilton Charlotte University Place are offering special group rates to UNC System Finance Conference attendees. Hotel reservations by attendees must be made on or before Monday, Feb. 13 (Feb. 20 for the Hilton).

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Parking and Transportation

UNC Charlotte Marriott Hotel & Conference Center
Parking is available in a parking deck across from the Marriott hotel. Valet and self-parking (both daily and overnight) are available for a fee. More information about the parking options can be found via the links below:

      • Daily/overnight parking deck – each entry/exit requires payment (the maximum daily rate is $15 per day/per visit)
      • Daily valet – the daily valet rate is $24 and offers in/out privileges from the parking deck

Note: UNC Charlotte faculty and staff with a valid permit are eligible to park in levels 2-7 of CRI Deck 1 located across the street from the Marriott Hotel as well as any area on the western CRI side of campus that has the “FS” designation on the entry sign.

Hilton Charlotte University Place 
For those staying at the Hilton, self parking is free and there will be free shuttle service to and from the Marriott available thanks to UNC Charlotte’s Parking and Transportation Services. Valet parking is not available.  The shuttle schedule will be as follows:

      • March 13 — 4 – 5 p.m.; 8:30 – 9:30 p.m.
      • March 14 — 7 – 8 a.m.; 12 – 2 p.m.; 5 – 7 p.m.; 9:30 – 10:30 p.m.
      • March 15 — 7 – 8 a.m.; 12 – 1 p.m.

Charlotte Area Transportation System (CATS) Light rail information: Hop on the light rail at the JW Clay/UNC Charlotte station conveniently located near the Marriott Hotel.
