Please note that the conference is open to UNC System Institution staff and faculty, only.
Prior year attendees have included an array of institutional staff, including vice chancellors, provosts, faculty, academic advisors, and executive leadership in student affairs units.

We are pleased to offer credit card registration options for this year’s conference! We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Registrations with declined or invalid credit cards will not be processed.

Individuals may register for themselves and/or on behalf of someone else. Upon successful submission of the registration form and payment, each registered attendee will receive an email confirmation. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive an email. Payments sent to the UNC System Office will be returned to the sender. No registrations or cancellations will be accepted over the telephone.
SUBSTITUTIONS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Substitutions requests for one participant to another participant can be made through January 31, 2020. Email email@example.com with the request; the original attendee and proposed substitution should be included on the email.
Conference registration is open to UNC System Institution staff and faculty, only. We will cancel registrations from other organizations and refund the registration fee minus 12% for payment transaction costs.
Approved cancellations will be refunded according to the timetable outlined below. Refunds will be processed in 2-4 business days. Conference No-Shows will receive no refund of conference fees.

VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY
Any photos or videography taken at the conference by UNC System Office staff, our agents or exhibitors, may be used in future materials related to the Student Success Innovation Lab, appearing either in printed documents, video productions, on social media sites, a mobile app, or on the UNC System Office website.
