Teacher Recruitment

As a central priority of the UNC Board of Governors and UNC System President, teacher recruitment is a key point of focus for the P-12 team. This work includes on-going assessment of recruitment needs, as well as allocating resources to support teacher recruitment efforts, sharing best practices, and carefully monitoring recruitment outcomes among UNC institutions.
