The Comprehensive Articulation Agreement demonstrates a partnership between the North Carolina Community College System and the University of North Carolina System to offer a seamless transfer process to students who began their degrees at a community college and then transfer to a UNC institution. The Comprehensive Articulation Agreement (CAA) outlines the processes and procedures for implementation of this legislation. Additional Uniform Articulation Agreements between the two systems exist to provide additional transfer options for specific degree programs. Individual community colleges and UNC institutions may also have bi-lateral articulation agreements between the two entities.
