On December 6, 2019 East Carolina University sixteen community colleges gathered at the Pirate Promise Conference. Participants heard from Dr. Michael Harris, professor and director of the new B.S. Entrepreneurship program at ECU. Information about ECU majors and resources as well as opportunities with Career Services were presented to the group. A transfer student panel also offered their insights about their transfer experience and rounded out the day of partnership and networking.

The Pirate Promise co-admission program involves 29 North Carolina Community Colleges.
