Transfer Advisor and Counselor Workshop

Every other winter, the NC State College of Natural Resources invites community college counselors and advisors to this interactive workshop. For 2020, we will partner with various NC State campus resources to equip our partners with the necessary information to advise students on transferring into not only a CNR major, but NC State in general.

During the event we will cover:

  • Interactive exploration of our majors and careers
  • Career opportunities and placement for our programs
  • NC State admissions requirements and process
  • NC State campus resources such as Goodnight Scholars, Trio, and Veteran’s Affairs
  • Roundtable discussion on how we can better collaborate
