Many thanks to all of you for the feedback we received, and the validation work you did on your own data. Attached is the final SHRA Scorecard package for last year. In addition to the 2018 slide, it includes slides that compare the differences between 2017 and 2018 data.
We intend to share this document with other audiences over the coming weeks, including the UNC Staff Assembly.
CHROs, good afternoon. Thank you for your recent assistance in reviewing your SHRA salary data and providing edits where necessary. That information has now been incorporated into our new 2018 Scorecard.
As with the Scorecard last year, our main intent is to display information on the relationship between actual SHRA pay and the current banding rates. We intend to share the Scorecard publicly, starting with the Staff Assembly at their meeting next week. We wanted you to have the opportunity to review the Scorecard first, however.
For your convenience, I’m attaching both the 2017 Scorecard, as well as the current final draft of the 2018 Scorecard. If you have any questions on the 2018 contents as they relate to your institution, please let me know as soon as possible. Please do not share this document outside your immediate team, however. We will copy you on the final document once we receive feedback and make any final edits.
