It is essential that all System Office employees keep their personal contact information up to date with UNC System Human Resources. This includes data such as your work location, home address, and phone numbers (office, home, mobile), and emergency contact information, all of which are stored securely in ConnectCarolina.

Please log in to ConnectCarolina and verify that your information is up to date. You will need your UNC-Chapel Hill Onyen and password, which will require 2-step verification.  Once you log into ConnectCarolina, please click on the Personal Information tile.  Be sure to check your information in each section shown in the left navigation bar.

We have provided a resource guide to help you navigate through the various sections and standardize certain information. Staff primarily working remotely should continue to list their home department address (such as CSLD) instead of their home address. Instructions are provided in the resource guide.
