Last summer, we introduced the Performance Management module of Talent@System Office. At that time, all performance plans for FY 2021-22 were entered online. This summer, we are launching the annual performance appraisal process online. Our overall performance management process has not changed – we are only completing the move to our Talent@System Office online environment.

The SHRA performance cycle ended on March 31, 2022. Appraisals and new work plans must be completed no later than July 31. Managers can access the appraisal and new plan workflows starting May 26, 2022. Employees will not see their own plans and appraisals in their task lists until their managers have completed them.

At this time, managers will only see tasks for SHRA performance plans. EHRA performance plan tasks will be available beginning July 1.
