Chris has always and continues to provide outstanding customer service. Most recently, Chris was able to understand, troubleshoot, and was diligent in resolving my printer(s) issues. His resolution to my issues will be a tremendous frustration relief when the time rolls around for the July BOG meeting as well as future ones.
