Governor Cooper signed a proclamation declaring September 15 to October 15, 2019 as Hispanic Heritage Month. Hispanic Heritage Month recognizes and celebrates the contributions and culture of Hispanic and Latino Americans to our nation and society. Please find attached the proclamation.
