The annual performance cycle for SHRA employees is now open in Talent@SystemOffice. Managers should now be able to see their assigned SHRA annual appraisals and new performance plans. Review our performance management guidance page for more information.

SHRA appraisals and plans should be completed within 60 calendar days. SHRA appraisals for the April 2022 – March 2023 review period will be due by May 31. New SHRA performance plans also will be due by May 31. The current EHRA performance cycle continues through June 30 and the tasks for EHRA appraisals and plans will open July 1.
