For those institutions that use the UNC System Office Employee Relations Database for tracking ER issues, we’ve made two enhancements to the system – an employee profile page and an edit history function.

The Employee Relations Database is a service offered by the UNC System Office to provide basic ER case tracking functionality at no charge to the participating institution. This month, we’ve implemented two new features for the system.

  • The first is an employee profile page that provides a “one-stop shop” for the employee’s demographics, case history, and performance ratings. All supporting data is provided through HRDM.
  • The second enhancement is an audit tracking function for the case log entries to document any changes made to a log entry. There is also a “print edit history” option that will provide the case summary and the detailed history of edits to the case logs. Please note that every edit is captured with every save of a log entry, including edits to timestamps.
