Ever have one of those nights where you just can’t seem to fall asleep? Join a Ginger workshop on Thursday, March 16, where coaches will provide strategies to help you quiet your mind before bed, create the conditions for a restful night, and learn how to sleep well more consistently.
Endless tossing, turning, and counting sheep just doesn’t work to help you find complete rest, only to then wake up feeling groggy. Many of us then turn to caffeine to keep us going as that feeling of “well-rested” was never achieved the night before. And long gone are the days when we were kids and a quick nap would help solve all our tired-induced cranky moods.
Research shows that a good night’s sleep can change everything, from our mood, to our physical health, to our interactions with others.
In this workshop Ginger coaches will discuss:
- How rest can boost your health and improve your mood,
- Actionable tips for building and improving sleep routines,
- What sleep hygiene is and why it’s important, and
- The impact sleep has on our overall well-being – physically, mentally, and emotionally.
