Due to expectations that roads will ice overnight, and out of an abundance of caution, the System Office will operate under Condition 1 of the Adverse Weather and Emergency Events policy from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. Under Condition 1, the System Office operates at a reduced level.

Mandatory employees are required to report to work unless advised otherwise by their direct supervisor.

We realize that most System Office employees are working from home, but non-mandatory employees who are currently working on-site, based on their personal circumstances, may report to work, coordinate with their supervisor to work from home, or use available leave to cover their absence during Condition 1. Employees who are currently working on-site may also coordinate with their supervisors to adjust work arrivals and departures during this timeframe based on their individual commuting circumstances.
