Your tax year 2021 Form W-2 is now available in the ConnectCarolina Self Service menu. Remember that UNC-Chapel Hill 2-Step Verification is required to access your Form W-2.
To access your electronic W-2, click on My Pay and Taxes from the ConnectCarolina home page, then choose View W-2W-2c Forms. Select the appropriate button to verify with 2-Step authentication, register for 2-Step if needed, or check to see if you have previously registered for 2-Step. Once you have verified, you will see a button to continue to the W-2 page.
Recommended browsers for printing your W-2 are available at https://ccinfo.unc.edu/resources/system-status-2/. Some users experience issues when trying to print the W-2 directly from Firefox. When using Firefox, either download to PDF first and then print or use one of the other browsers from the recommended link above.
Employees who did not opt out of receiving paper 2021 W-2s by January 13 will have a printed W-2 mailed via the US Postal Service postmarked no later than January 31, to their home address.
