Blake unselfishly shared his time and expertise when I hit a road block during a project I was working on for ECSU to improve their academic standing rules in Banner. Blake willingly jumped in and adjusted a baseline job submission process that calculates gpa to point to transfer credit instead of residential credit so that a gpa could be calculated on transfer credit. This adjustment automated moving transfer credits to count in attempted hours. This automation saved countless hours of manual data entry. The long term effect is improved customer service administering academic standing to students leading to student success. Blake is my hero.
