Chris is GREAT at his job! He is always very patient with me. I had an issue while working from home and he immediately came to the rescue! He went above and beyond to troubleshoot this error. Its a great feeling to know when you are working against hard deadlines and run into an issue that there is someone in IT that is more than willing to give you a helping hand.. Even if sometimes its user error ( ˶ˆᗜˆ˵ )
