Amidst the efforts to support our western Carolina campuses, we needed to develop some complex IT solutions with short notice. Tio was incredibly responsive and persistent and not only prioritized my request, but helped to come up with a solution that benefited our response efforts in this situation that will also be extremely valuable for any future critical incidents that warrant a mutual aid response. I’m very grateful for Tio’s knowledge, care, and extra efforts with this issue!
