SHRA Employees & Supervisors,

At this point you should be completing and/or receiving a self-appraisal form(s), if applicable, from each of your SHRA direct reports; you are now ready to begin drafting performance appraisals for the 2023-2024 cycle and work with your employee on their goals for performance plans for the 2024-2025 cycle. ** PLEASE NOTE: whenever there are outstanding actions to be completed within Cornerstone, there will be system-generated emails notifying recipients of these tasks.  These email reminders are not spam. If you believe you are receiving them in error, please contact Sara Freer.**

SHRA DEADLINES
  • Supervisors write 2023-2024 appraisals and 2024-2025 draft individual goals for performance plans (Pro Tip: You can advance the prior year goals, see attached)
    • Suggested date range for completion: Monday, April 15 – Friday, May 3 (3 weeks)
  • Supervisors conduct appraisal and performance meetings
    • Suggested date range for completion: Monday, May 6 – Friday, May 24 (3 weeks)
  • Finalize all documents in Talent@System Office, including employee sign-off: Monday, May 27 – Friday, May 31 (1 week)
    • SHRA Annual Review with Overall Rating and 2024-2025 Performance Plans are DUE Friday, May 31
