Everyone in the System Office knows I am a technology dinosaur, but Jack Ware doesn’t treat me like the fossil I am! Jack always works with me on IT issues with good humor, patience, and prompt attention. During the conversion to OneDrive and 365, he patiently configured my laptops and made my remote work so much easier that I literally jumped for joy (seriously, OneDrive changed my life . . .). Jack is an invaluable member of our System Office IT team, and I am grateful for his dedication, professionalism, and wonderful customer service. Thank you, Jack!

I want to acknowledge Fred’s heart of service! On a holiday when the office was closed, our team was hosting a training for ~40 UNC faculty and staff in System office. We ran into an AV hiccup in the morning and Fred kindly took my call (while still asleep and, supposedly, enjoying his holiday rest!) so that we could proceed with our day’s training. Many thanks to Fred for his heart of service!

Bob has worked tirelessly over the last year to provide excellent customer service to the UNC System Library Deans and Directors as they seek to implement a shared catalog system which will benefit students, faculty, and staff across the state.
