Please review and update your personal information in ConnectCarolina. System Office Human Resources uses this information throughout the year for directory updates, benefit communications, and other purposes, and we count on you to make sure your home address, phone numbers, and emergency contact information are current.

To log in and verify your information in ConnectCarolina, you will need your UNC-Chapel Hill Onyen and password, which will require 2-step verification.  Once you log into ConnectCarolina, please click on the Personal Information tile.  Be sure to check your information in each section shown in the left navigation bar.

We have provided a resource guide to help you navigate through the various sections and standardize certain information. If you primarily work remotely, please use The Dillon’s address for your work address, since directory information is publicly available. Instructions are provided in the resource guide.

As part of this review and update process, you can also provide the following information:

  • A cell phone number for important and timely text alerts from System Office, NC State’s WolfAlert system, and/or UNC-Chapel Hill’s Alert Carolina system.
  • Your veteran and/or disability status is voluntary; we ask for this information because Federal regulations require the UNC System to solicit and report on the number of employees who self-identify as veterans and/or individuals with disabilities.

UNC-Chapel Hill has added an option to provide preferred pronouns; this is also voluntary.
