Due to upcoming 2024 and 2025 benefits plan changes, employees will be receiving benefits information from various vendors via US mail next year. Therefore, it’s important that your current mailing address is on file.
Here’s how to update your mailing address in ConnectCarolina:
- Log in to ConnectCarolina Self Service.
- Click the Personal Information tile.
- Click Addresses on the left menu.
To edit an existing address:
- Click the pencil icon to the right of an address.
- Make the changes in the pop-up box.
- Click OK button within pop-up box to save changes.
To add a new address:
- Click Add New Address button.
- Enter information into the pop-up box.
- Click OK button within pop-up box to save changes.
