FY26 Paid Parental Leave Reporting Deadline (7/10/26)
All agencies and universities are charged with collecting and reporting the usage of Paid Parental Leave to OSHR. Please submit your report by July 10, 2026, via Smartsheet, using the reporting period of July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026, along with any eligible usage from FY25 that was utilized in FY26.
July 2026 HRDM Release
The July 2026 semi-annual HRDM release will see a number of new fields and validations. A summary of those updates is included here. HRIS liaisons have had regular communications over the past 6+ months regarding these planned changes. ERP managers should have completed all systems testing to prepare for the July implementation.
