The materials and links below have been curated from a variety of reputable sources, including the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), PsychHub, the College and University Personnel Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) and others. Our goal is to provide various points of view that may be helpful to faculty and staff as we navigate the particular stresses and strain points of current events.

“If It Matters to You, It Matters” Well-Being Campaign
While several UNC System institutions, as well as System Office, have compiled various resources to assist employees and offer added support, we are additionally launching a monthly series of email communications suitable for sharing with the broader University community. These emails will highlight available resources focused primarily on emotional wellness, mental health, and resilience for faculty and staff in a concise and user-friendly manner.
