Confirmation Required for SAAO Actions
Monthly confirmation of approved actions for SAAO positions is now required (and is requested for actions related to Strategic Non-SAAO positions). This confirmation step is necessary for maintaining accuracy of System records and reporting to the Board of Governors. FY26 Paid Parental Leave Reporting Deadline (7/10/26)
All agencies and universities are charged with collecting and reporting the usage of Paid Parental Leave to OSHR. Please submit your report by July 10, 2026, via Smartsheet, using the reporting period of July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026, along with any eligible usage from FY25 that was utilized in FY26.
