Dear System Office Colleagues,

Please see the latest information provided below relative to remote work, parking, and keeping your information updated.

Remote Work & Work Location Arrangements:
Human Resources has been working with each Division SVP to confirm their employees’ work location arrangements as part of an annual reaffirmation process per the Flexible Work Arrangements Policy. Every System Office employee will receive an updated memo from HR via DocuSign confirming their work location arrangements in the coming weeks for both the employee and supervisor to sign.

As a reminder, the System Office has defined the following work location arrangement definitions:

  • Onsite: 3 days or more onsite per week
  • Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite per week
  • Remote: less than 1 day onsite per week

NOTE: This policy is currently under review for updates to include these definitions, and it will be published in an upcoming HR Newsletter once updates have been completed.

Parking Utilization and Updates:
Human Resources conducted an audit of the monthly convenience parking utilization for employees who were using their convenience parking an average of less than 2 days a week last quarter, and we are working with management to reissue these convenience parking cards to employees required to be onsite 3 days or more a week per the updated Dillon Parking Policy published in March 2023. We will continue to monitor the monthly convenience parking utilization quarterly. All System Office employees will continue to benefit from free parking at the Dillon during working hours. Please see your division’s Executive Assistant or the Dillon Office Manager, Kearara Bethea, for any parking validation needs or questions.
