Staff Assembly Meeting at UNC Charlotte
Monday, July 31st – Tuesday, August 1st
The meeting will begin at 12p.m. (noon) on Monday, July 31st. Delegates should be ready to start no less than 15 minutes before the meeting begins. Executive Committee members will need to arrive on Sunday, July 30th.

Lunch Menu for Monday
Lunch will buffet style and will include the following:
- Hummus Wrap
California mixed greens ,roasted red peppers, green leaf lettuce and ripe tomato with hummus spread on sun-dried tomato tortilla. Hummus will be on the side. - Belk’s Basic Sandwich
Virginia ham, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, on a hoagie roll - Turkey & Mozzarella Sandwich
Roasted turkey breast with mozzarella cheese, baby greens, tomato on hoagie roll

- Homemade kettle chips with cheddar bacon ranch dip .
- Fruit or pasta salad

Parking
Parking will be in the Cone Deck on University Road (see Map of Campus). Kim Higdon, Staff Assembly Secretary, will hand out parking passes at the meeting on Monday, July 31st. You do not need a parking pass to enter the deck, only when you exit.
